Today, as I was rubbing Dixon's belly, I told him that Miri was coming to town. When he heard her name he jerked his head around and stared straight at me, like "Are you serious? Miri? When?"
I told him "Not today." He relaxed, but looked a little sad.
He had a great time with her on his visit, and she was a generous and thoughtful hostess. I know that he would love to see her again if the opportunity should ever present itself.
She has an even bigger trip coming up!
