A Fun Day with the Girls . . .

I had a big day with mommy and grandma downtown.

We went to get mommy's hair done,
and then she took me to the park at Farragut Square.

Then, we met grandma at the salon,
and I sat with her while she got her hair done.

Mommy took me around the block a couple times,
but I was sick of sitting around.
I said, "Let's GO, already!"

After that we went out for lunch
(where I took a nap on mommy's lap).

Then, we went shopping.

 Inspecting some jackets:

A nice dog came into the store,
and I got to play with her.

It was a really fun day.
I'm so glad I get to go with mommy and grandma,
when they run around town.

Mischief Maker . . .

I was at grandma's house alone, last night, and I got into mischief.

See that ripped up plastic bag in the background?
That's mommy's bag of treats.
I stole it from off of the big table,
and I ate them ALL.
Hee hee.

I was plotting to get them from her bag, all evening.
She put them on top of the table to keep them out of my reach.
She forgot how agile I am!

Taking it Easy . . .

Mommy and I had a lazy day.

I sat on my throne,
and watched the world go by.

It was a beautiful day, so I napped on my lounge chair in the sun.

Then, I came inside and napped next to mommy on the couch.

I played nicely in my crate.

Later, I was back up on my throne.
I can see everything from there.

My Day with Korben . . .

We chased and played in the house and the back yard.

We chewed bones together.

Korben rubbed my belly for me, after the big nap.

We stayed home alone and were not a worry for grandma.

I took Korben to the playground to run off the leash.

We both climbed.

We met two friendly beagles,
and Korben got extra attention from the people,
because he is so handsome.

A squirrel was chased.

Many people were barked at from the window.
Woof woof.

We weren't bad.  Not even once.

Such a Long Day!

I was so busy this weekend!
Mommy got me up early on Saturday,
because we had things to do!

We went to visit Lise and walked around Thomas Circle.

It was a nice, breezy morning,
and, of course, lots of people say "hello" to me.

Then, we walked to the nail salon to get pedicures.

I helped mommy
choose a
color.

After that, I was ready to walk around some more, so we met up with Marshall and did some shopping.

The Tiny Jewel Box - again!!  :(
But, I'm like a movie star in there.
I walk in and someone says,
"Is that Miri?  Hey, everyone, look, it's Miri!"

Here I am at Pinkberry.

Yum yum.

I pranced around downtown for a while,
until mommy said it was time to go pick up grandma at the airport.

Oh boy!  I love grandma,
and I love going bye bye in the car.

It was such a pretty day, and we were early, so we checked out the waterfowl sanctuary near the airport.

Finally, it was time to see grandma,
and I helped mommy look for her outside of the airport.

Mommy got us stuck in traffic,
but grandma saved the day and found a way out!

I had a very short nap, and then
we went to the Temple to pick up grandma's brand new car.

Here we are.  Three beautiful ladies.

I helped grandma sign the paperwork.

People from the dealership kept stopping in
to see me and play with me.

And then, the BEST THING happened.
Korben Dallas walked in!!!
(oh, and Uncle Alex.)

I hadn't seen Korben in weeks, because we had to be quarantined from each other.
I was so excited to see him.
What a great surpise!

We were making too much noise,
saying "hi" to each other and playing,
so mommy and Uncle Alex took us outside.

By the time we got to grandma's,
I was ready for the day to be over.

I wolfed down my dinner, found a good lap,
and passed right out.

I Found a Nut . . .

The other day was rainy and boring.
I played with a nut I found outside.

Sleeping Like a Baby . . .

Well, I AM still a baby.
Eleven months old.
